Malossi Royal Alloy & Scomadi 205cc Cylinder Kit

This Malossi cylinder kit fits the Royal Alloy and Scomadi with 200cc engines (Actual capacity 181cc) Liquid cooled cylinders, taking it to the Malossi Kit capacity of 205cc.

205cc Cylinder Kit: The Malossi cylinder kit is manufactured from high grade alloys, and machined to Malossi’s exacting standards to ensure the best possible performance whilst still maintaining reliability from the new 63mm diameter cylinder. Ultra compact lightened and reinforced piston kit, and low friction piston rings, to name but a few. The cylinder increases the capacity to 205cc and provides a marked improvement in performance across the entire rev range.

Delta Cutch System: The “Delta” clutch is a fully adjustable assembly suitable for both road or track use. The perfect operation of this device is fundamental to obtaining a good start from standstill, and exiting from tight bends, where the speed of the vehicle is critical. The advantages offered by the “Delta” clutch when compared with the standard unit is massive, even for a road vehicle, because it allows sophisticated tuning options for a very wide range of engine revs. Supplied also as a clutch system complete with matching clutch drum.

Multivar: The Multivar variator has been designed to offer a more consistent and reliable shifting process, with redesigned face and roller ramp angles to obtain the very best power transfer from the scooters engine, whilst offering an extended service life. The variator is supplied as a complete kit with rollers, variator driven pulley, pulley bush, back plate, and torsion spring.
