New from Fabbri is the F12R super racing clutch – Small Frame Vespa

A racing clutch with a choice of setups to suit all levels of tuning, supplied with 6 big springs and 6 small springs: 6 big springs only: for touring engine 10/12hp: the clutch lever operation is very comfortable. 12 springs, 6 big springs and 6 small springs: for an engine up to 25hp. 12 springs the slip resistance is guaranteed. 18 springs: for engines over 30hp: add 6 more small springs inside the 6 large springs (these 6 extra springs will need to be purchased separately) NB: with the use of 18 springs it is recommended to use a clutch cover with a geared clutch plunger to make the clutch operation softer.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: the clutch comprises a clutch steel drum obtained by the full part. 6 x 14mm springs. .6 x 10mm springs. The spring holder and locking disc are made of innovative alloy and are used on all Fabbri Racing clutches. This alloy guarantees the durability of the spring holder and the closing disc over time. 4 discs covered with organic friction material. 3 intermediate discs in 1.5 mm thickness dotted steel. Extra strong steel clutch circlip. Pressure plate bearing support is obtained by full part in Anticorodal alloy, with axial thrust bearing equipped with stainless steel cap with centring hole, (Fabbri Racing brevet), to align the clutch housing, it also has the possibility of being shimmed using shims to vary the distance from the clutch plunger and pressure plate.
