The CEM Handlebar to Frame lock is a clean and tidy solution to vehicle security, once fitted they can be locked and unlocked in only a few seconds, they are at seat and handlebar level which means you no longer have to bend down and scrabble under the vehicle to fasten a lock, keeping the lock up off the floor keeps the lock clean. They are individually crafted for the specific vehicle with the exception of the universal lock, and when in use they secure the handlebars to the frame of the scooter, and when not in use they fit around the front of the seat. Available for most Vespa models, Classic and Auto.
