VM627604 MALOSSI POWER BRAKE SHOES - VESPA 50 SPECIAL, 90SS, PRIMAVERA. 150mm x 24mm and measures 12mm wide where it fits to the pins. Designed and tested by Malossi to easily withstand the stresses of extreme use of racing machines which need higher decelerations and performance consistency at elevated operating temperatures. For this reason Malossi BRAKE POWER brake shoes are made of a special aluminium-magnesium alloy and feature a metallic fiber embedded friction material which improves resistance and is asbestos-free, in compliance with EEC regulations. The new friction material mixtures are ecological and have excellent soundproofing features, beside considerably better characteristics than the average, thus guaranteeing modulated and progressive braking, shorter stopping distances, and a very low kilometric consumption of the friction material.
