VMC13001 VMC 7 LITRE FUEL TANK - VESPA PK. OVERSIZED VMC PETROL TANK FOR VESPA PK-S - PK-XL - P125ETS: The tank is made of plastic resistant to oils and solvents with a total capacity of about 7 litres. FAST FLOW fuel tap with oversized passages to feed even the thirstiest carburettors. For maximum reliability and correct operation of the VMC increased tank it is necessary to carry out false assemblies to be sure that the tank, once fixed, has no impediments with chassis parts or with internal components such as carburetor control sleeves, wires or various components of the electrical system. The upper plate must be fixed to the tank with the bolts and washers supplied after having applied a drop of threadlocker on each bolt. This operation should be done only shortly before the final assembly and after checking that nothing is impediment to correct assembly.The top plate is high temperature powder coated. DO NOT CLEAN THE TOP PLATE WITH ALCOHOL!! It is advisable to mount a quick release on the fuel line between the carburettor and the petcock.
