A world First, NZI have created and patented a machine where they can print photos and artwork directly to the surface of a helmet, this ability to print to a 3D object has really raised the level of possibilities in helmet design, they have called this patented system 3D Helmets. There is no vinyl, no stickers, no transfers, this is real printing in such clarity as you would find in a digital photo, and it's done directly on to the shell of the helmet, then sealed with either a glossy or a matt finish that is not microporous and does not retain dirt.
