LE10802 AF RAYSPEED RB25 250cc CYLINDER KIT with MULTI EXHAUST PORT - 39mm COMPRESSION HEIGHT - LAMBRETTA LARGE BLOCK 200 MOTORS. One of the most advanced cylinder kits available for the Lambretta motor, the kit comprises of the cylinder, Wossner piston kit including rings, gudgeon pin and circlips, 4 petal dual reed block, gaskets for cylinder, reed valve and exhaust, and inlet manifold for a 34mm carb. The 72mm bore will give a 250cc capacity when used with a 60/107 crankshaft, ignition timing should be set to 17 degrees, and a squish clearance of 1.5mm is recommended. Jetting recomendations for a Dellorto VHSB34mm carb, 40 Slide, K21/K24 Needle, DP267 Atomiser, Pilot jet 45 to 55, Main Jet 198, choke jet 50, Fuel inlet 200. .Please Note RB cylinders have an exhaust flange that is angled, so you must use an exhaust that is designed for the RB cylinders.
