VE10106 Cylinder head - Vespa 200. As the Original Piaggio Cylinder head for the Vespa 200 is no longer made by Piaggio, Polini have stepped in and made a special version of their head to suit the standard P200, this has the added benefit of better cooling with small fins on the normally flat side of the head. Piaggio part number 198488, 1984884, 1984885.
