A high-performance Malossi system combining the race-proven Delta Clutch with the reinforced Wing Clutch Bell MHR, designed for competitive and sport-orientated scooters. The Delta Clutch is a patented, fully adjustable unit developed on the racing circuit and widely adopted by teams and performance riders. It allows quick spring changes, interchangeable springs with different K values, and adjustable flyweights for precise engagement control. Malossiâs asbestos-free, high-temperature friction material maintains a stable coefficient of friction even under prolonged stress, ensuring consistent performance and long-term reliability. The Wing Clutch Bell MHR is forged from 39NiCrMo5 steel, nitrogen-hardened and treated for corrosion resistance. Its finned reinforcement improves cooling and protects the clutch at speeds tested beyond 20,000 RPM, while radial cleaning holes maintain the friction surface. Ventilation openings promote dynamic cooling and allow easy access for clutch adjustment, all finished to extremely tight tolerances.
