The Force Master 2.1 control unit arrives with a completely updated design that makes configuration far more intuitive. Malossi has always prioritised ergonomics and ease of use, and this latest version reflects that philosophy perfectly. Itâs a modern, capable and high-performing unit equipped with interfaces for both K and CAN communication lines, a redesigned user interface and a new capacitive ignition input. As a result, Force Master 2.1 becomes an ideal tool for managing vehicle performance, removing functional limitations and allowing the engine to exceed the constraints of the original rev limiter. Its technical capabilities include carburation adjustment across LOW, MID and HIGH ranges with a tolerance of + or -14%, an increased RPM limiter of +800rpm, and reliable operation between -30c and +80c. The unit functions on a minimum voltage of +7V and a maximum of +16V, with an average current draw of less than 200mA. Built to IP65 environmental protection standards, it offers four selectable maps: the first designed for an original exhaust system paired with a Malossi 166cc cylinder, original head, original camshaft and original filter, while the remaining three operate in bypass mode with zeroed adjustment values. When paired with the O2 controller, the Force Master becomes a complete carburetion management system. Together, the two devices provide full control across the entire operating range, ensuring every stage of tuning or modification proposed by Malossi is precisely managed, monitored and optimised.
