The Malossi Scooter Racing MHR exhausts have been conceived and manufactured with a single objective: to achieve the highest possible performance when paired with the 100 cc cylinder for which they were designed. All Scooter Racing exhausts are crafted from steel sheets with an exact and constant thickness of 0.8mm, laser-cut, and assembled with meticulous precision using robotic T.I.G. and M.I.G. welding along with manual oxyacetylene welding, and finally hand-hammered for optimal finish. They also feature a calibrated nozzle, engineered to strict tolerances to ensure that the pressure inside the exhaust remains within the correct parameters. Each exhaust is coated with a clear coat finish and comes equipped with an aluminum silencer, anodized in black and featuring the Malossi logo. Scooter racing MHR exhaust: born to win. .The cylinder attachment system includes threehole lightweight alloy connector, designed to allow the perfect flow of exhaust gases, thus optimizing their dynamics. The connection system for the black anodized aluminum silencer has also been simplified it is now elegantly and lightly attached to the exhaust expansion with a single fastening screw.
