VP700600 POLINI REED VALVE CRANKCASE - STANDARD or BIG CARB - VESPA P200. Polini crankcases for Vespa PX have been completely redesigned and are available in two versions: PX 125/150 and PX200. They combine advanced engineering with Italian craftsmanship to deliver maximum performance while remaining fully compatible with original components. The traditional rotary valve system has been replaced with a flat reed valve design, eliminating carburetion issues and improving overall engine delivery. A racing reed valve pack for a 28/30mm carburettor is also available to buy separately. Each crankcase is precision-machined, paired, and reinforced for perfect bearing alignment, superior fluid dynamics, and enhanced structural strength. Key upgrades include, enlarged ignition side bearing (25x52x15) for better smoothness and durability, optimized swing arm geometry, new drive side oil seal/bearing layout with steel mounting plate, rigid M8 assembly screws, reinforced mounts, and improved oil capacity. Made from high-quality Al Si10 Mg T6 aluminium alloy, Polini crankcases offer exceptional mechanical strength, thermal stability, and long-lasting durability. With improved sealing and stability under high thermal expansion, they are ready to support both street and racing setups, delivering innovation without compromising Vespa tradition.
