VE10550-P Sip Performance Bell shaped crank - PX125-150. These bell shape cranks are exclusivly for motors modified to reed valve inlet, the offer very good balance and low vibration, available in Standard or Performance versions the latter having an upgraded forged and polished con rod. Con Rod length is 105mm and the stroke is 62mm (5mm longer than standard), so will require packers to adjust the barrel length to suit. Installation of these crankshafts Most versions of the Sip Bell cranks are equipped with longer stroke, and will require that the crankcase is machined to allow a minimum of 1mm clearance for the big end. Before the engine cases are machined always check that there is enough material available for the modification. On Largeframe engines it is usually sufficient to machine the flywheel side of the crankcase open slightly and only remove the disc-valve sealing material in the larger half.
