The CEM Handlebar to Frame lock, is a clean and tidy solution to vehicle security, once fitted they can be locked and unlocked in only a few seconds, they are at seat and handlebar level which means you no longer have to bend down and scrabble under the vehicle to fasten a lock, keeping the lock up off the floor keeps the lock clean.
