Aluminum cylinder with Nikasil coating by Gilardoni. Entirely produced in Italy, this VMC kit is the result of a constant commitment in the search for cutting-edge technical solutions and top-quality materials to satisfy the needs of the most demanding Vespa riders. Bore diameter 63mm, 7 transfers, boosted exhaust port, main port plus 2 smaller boost ports, Mounted with 60mm stroke crankshafts and 110 connecting rod. Transfer port timing 120 degrees, exhaust port timing 178 degrees. Meteor double-ring piston with biconical pin and flat crown. CNC machined aluminum head with specific fin shape for better cooling, with recessed squish band and 8 fixing points. Central spark plug position in the combustion chamber, for better combustion. Complete paper cylinder gasket kit with various thicknesses for the cylinder base. Exhaust manifold in zinc-plated steel screwed to the cylinder with Viton O-ring seal. We recommend combining this cylinder with a reed valve intake to maximize performance and driving pleasure.
